Are all the goods in your own production?
Yes. We exclusively make all our own products for our brands
How do I measure product sizes?
Many of our products come in sizes. You can choose one of the sizes that best suits you. You can see also on our product size chart.
How do I exchange a product that I received that is defective or different from my order?
We apologize for our mistakes, but no need to worry we will return the item to you and we will cover the cost of shipping the goods back to us and when we send it to you back. But we ask for your help to email us at onlineadmgfc@gmail.com. In order to carry out the return process, the product you want to return must be in the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition (unwashed, worn, or altered)
- The price tag and product label must still be attached to the product
- There is still a receipt for the transaction.
- Products must be returned within 7 days from order to your hand.
- Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them, so make sure the items you return are in safe packaging to prevent damage to the goods and use a trusted expedition to prevent loss during shipping back to us.
The dress size I received didn't fit me (too big or too small). What should I do?
Don't worry. We can exchange these items for other sizes. In order to carry out the return process, the product you want to return must be in the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original condition (unwashed, worn, or altered)
- The price tag and product label must still be attached to the product.
- There is still a receipt for the transaction.
- Products must be returned within 7 days from order to your hand.
- Redemption can only be made once
- Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them, so make sure the items you return are in safe packaging to prevent damage to the goods and use a trusted expedition to prevent loss during shipping back to us.
Can I exchange or return a discounted item?
We are very sorry, discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item received is defective.
How do I place an order?
You can directly chat our existing admin, choose one to avoid double ordering. There is a WA button on the bottom left of the Website.
What payment methods are available?
Currently we can only accept payments via bank transfer.
Can I reserve goods?
Sorry, you cannot make a reservation or ask us to store the item.
Can the price be negotiable?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot make changes to prices, the prices listed are fixed prices
How long does delivery take?
After you order, pay, and confirm payment, it will take 2 working days to process your order (including checking, payment, pick-up, and packaging) before it is sent to the shipping company. After that we will send you a delivery receipt, so you can monitor your order.
